Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Rabuck Detailing, you agree to the following booking policies and terms. These policies help us provide efficient, high-quality service to all customers. Appointment Reservations Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability. Rabuck Detailing reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at its discretion. Deposits Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If an appointment is canceled or missed, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To reserve your appointment time and ensure availability for all customers, Rabuck Detailing enforces the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Fees More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee. Between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service cost will be charged. Less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total scheduled service cost will be charged. Any deposit paid will be applied toward the cancellation fee but remains non-refundable. No-Show Policy Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment, are unavailable at the service location, or otherwise fail to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon appointment time will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost and any deposit paid will be forfeited. Authorization By scheduling an appointment with Rabuck Detailing, you authorize Rabuck Detailing to charge the payment method on file for any applicable cancellation Prior to your appointment, customers are responsible for: Removing all personal belongings from the vehicle. Informing Rabuck Detailing of any pre-existing damage, paint defects, mechanical issues, or other concerns. Ensuring the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled service time. Rabuck Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Pricing and Service Adjustments Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Rabuck Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the vehicle requires additional labor, materials, or services not apparent during the booking process.
